The ADOA is affiliated to the Incorporated Association of Organists and Scottish Federation of Organists.

The objectives of the Association are to encourage the art of organ playing and choir training and, in general, to foster music in churches in North East Scotland by means of regular meetings, courses, workshops and recitals.
